Fashion Meets Philanthropy
This morning, our Chief Development Officer Amber Harris joined Lisa Bobb, owner of Squash Blossom boutique on ATL Live. The two spoke with host Savannah Louie to showcase resilience boxes assembled by Squash Blossom staff for our clients. Other local businesses have joined in as well, donating self-care items like pens, candles, notebooks, jewelry, and handwritten messages of hope and encouragement.
As Amber shared with viewers, these boxes are "a really beautiful gesture from the community that lets the women that we're serving know that your community cares about you, they're thinking about you, and they want you to have something beautiful."
