And that's a wrap on Camp PEACE 2025—and what a powerful summer it’s been!

From games and crafts to field trips and friendship, our campers showed up with courage, creativity, and joy every single day.

Our 50 campers explored healing, connection, and creativity through a curriculum grounded in Emory University’s Social, Emotional and Ethical Learning (SEE Learning) framework, which integrates attention training, compassion, resilience, and trauma-informed care. We also incorporate tools from the Community Resiliency Model® to help young survivors build nervous system awareness and long-term emotional strength.

None of this would be possible without our incredible staff, volunteers, and supporters- thank you for helping create a space where kids can grow, thrive, and feel safe.
