Decatur vigil remembers lives lost to domestic violence

"The organization assists those in violent situations with emergency housing, counseling, even legal help. They're available anytime of the day or night, all anyone needs to do is pick up the phone.


"'There's someone on the other end of that line that is going to listen to you, care what you have to say, believe you and support you if you decide to make any changes to the life you're living,' said Amber Harris with the Women's Resource Center to End Domestic Violence."
