The DeKalb County Superior Courthouse is closed to the general public. Temporary Protective Orders can still be filed electronically. If you need to file a protective order, please call us at (404) 370-7670 to speak with a legal advocate. Forms can be found here: http://dksuperiorclerk.com/tpo/. In order to e-file, you must have access to a computer or smartphone with video capability. Please be advised that your safety may be compromised if someone else has access to your email account.
